Independent & multi-carrier appointed.

As an independent broker, I'm appointed with multiple carriers — meaning I can quote across all of them and recommend what fits your situation, not what I'm captive to.

License structure

Resident vs. non-resident licensing.

How it works

I hold a resident insurance producer license in Florida (where I live and primarily operate). For each of the other 22 states where I'm licensed, I hold a non-resident license issued by that state's department of insurance.

Both license types are equally valid — a non-resident license gives me the same authority to sell, advise on, and service insurance in that state as a local resident broker would have. Continuing education requirements are met through Florida's CE program, which is reciprocally accepted by all 22 non-resident states.

Every license is verifiable through the state-specific links above or through the NIPR national database. My licenses are renewed on time every cycle and are in active, good standing.

If I'm not licensed where you live

If you're in a state I'm not currently licensed in, I'll tell you that upfront and refer you to a trusted local broker rather than trying to work around it. Selling insurance without proper licensing in a given state is illegal — full stop.
